Board Chair, CEO, Raymond M Spooner

Ray is a retired Mathematics instructor and former pastor. He has served as HS Math Department district Chair, a church Trustee (Pres. and VP),  and Conference Mission Coordinator. He holds a BA in Theatre, Master of Divinity, MS in Clinical Counseling, and School Administration cerification.



Vice Chair, Richard Drapala Rick has volunteered with SAWs-Southwest since 2022. He holds a BS in Electrical Systems Management. He has served as Director of Information Systems for a major Department of Defense (DoD) test facility. He has also served as program manager for the installation of an enterprise scale fiber optics system, including 600 miles of fiber cable and 20 major facilities. He also served as an adjunct member of the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale faculty from 1985 until he retired in 2017.After retiring, Rick volunteered with Habitat for Humanity.

COO, Dale O'Neill

CFO, Craig Rudolphy

Craig joined SAWs, Southwest in 2020. He holds a B.A. degree and an MBA.  He is a retired CPA in Arizona and Ohio. His background includes working for Big 4 accounting firms, Controller for the Ohio Turnpike, Controller for the Arizona Department of Transportation and Finance Director for the Town of Fountain Hills. Following retirement Craig has held financial roles in several non-profit organizations and volunteers in the local community
